Installation & Configuration
Blue Curve is not a "one-size fits all" system, so it does take a little to install and configure. But, when you're typically going to use this system for many years, a few weeks spent getting it right at the beginning will repay itself many times over.
Our experienced team of engineers will work with you to build a set of specifications covering your processes, data and designs. They'll also agree whether you'll host the server in-house, or you'd rather we took care of hosting for you. Both options are simple with Blue Curve.
Once we've installed the base software, we'll configure the system to your specifications. We use an iterative process, which means you'll see regular progress and be able to tweak the specifications as you go. The final step is a full User Acceptance Test so you can gain confidence that the system works the way you expect before committing to a live rollout.
We'll also provide full user training for analysts, production staff and administrators. And we'll be on hand to coach you through that go-live process to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.
Support, Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
